De Villiers has recently acted on behalf of Tüpraş, Turkey’s only oil refiner, to acquire their inaugural UK office on Pall Mall, in the heart of St James’s.

The client was working to strict and short timescales and having made recommendations and viewed options in September we successfully negotiated terms and ensured that the lease completed in November. We were able to recommend fit out contractors whom we trusted to meet the strict timescales and Tüpraş were able to successfully open their new 4,000 sq ft office before their deadline. We agreed very competitive terms and achieved significant savings on their overheads during the term of their lease.
