Home De Villers welcomes 3 new Surveyors to our busy team

Alex Thomson, Graduate Surveyor, Jonathan Lieberman Senior Surveyor and Kevin Grzabka, Surveyor recently join the De Viliers team.

Kevin Grzabka – Surveyor

Kevin has re-joined De Villiers having fulfilled a 12 month work placement in 2015. Kevin graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2016 with a degree in Property Planning and Development. He has joined our residential team as a chartered surveyor after gaining his MRICS qualifications as a fully qualified surveyor in 2019.

A sports enthusiast, Kevin has played football at a semi-professional level since the age of 16.

Jonathan Lieberman – Senior Surveyor

Jonathan joined De Villiers in July 2021 as a member of the residential team concentrating on all aspects of residential surveying. Jonathan is an experienced chartered surveyor and Registered Valuer. He originally worked as a commercial valuer and more recently as a specialist in loan security valuations within the residential arena. His previous experience includes undertaking mortgage valuations on behalf of a recognised national practice. He likes providing excellent client service and building client relationships.

In his spare time Jonathan enjoys his annual ski trip and also doting on his young niece and nephew.

Alex Thomson – Graduate Surveyor

Alex Thomson has joined De Villiers commercial team as a Graduate Surveyor supporting the senior team in Valuations, Agency, Corporate Estate Management and Business Rates work.

He recently successfully completed his Masters In Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University where he achieved a Distinction. Alex originally studied and completed a degree in Geography at the University of Nottingham.
