Gerry Brown

Gerry Brown qualified as a Professional Associate (Member) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (‘RICS’) in 1991.

Over his near 20 year career Gerry has specialised in construction, project management, dilapidations and Party Wall matters.

John Strong FRICS

John Strong has been in surveying since 1979 and started his professional life by training in the District Valuers office in Reigate. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor he moved into private practice, initially in Surrey, but was soon appointed to head up the South West London survey office of a nationally known firm of estate agents and surveyors. He subsequently became a Director of a well respected local private practice in Putney before spending over 12 years with Ashdown Lyons.

He has now been based in London for well over 20 years mainly dealing with survey and valuation of property in Central, West and South West London. In that time he has acted on behalf of most residential mortgage lenders as well as commercial lenders, private banks and wealth managers. He has accumulated a detailed knowledge of residential property/values to include extensive experience of high value (over £1million) properties.

Andrew Lashbrook BSc MRICS

Andrew Lashbrooke qualified as a Professional associate of the RICS in 1990. Andrew was firstly involved in the  valuation and asset management of commercial property both in the UK and abroad. Since 1999 he has specialized in the survey and valuation of residential property. He is based in Bath and covers principally the surrounding area.

Neil Bright, MRICS

Neil Bright trained as a Building Surveyor and qualified as a Professional Associate (Member) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in  May 1991.

Neil has wide ranging experience in a career spanning in excess of 20 years, initially working for a small private practise in Bournemouth, before moving to London in 1992 to work for a number of residential survey firms, culminating in the appointment as Managing Surveyor of their South West London Office.

Neil primarily focuses on the residential surveys and valuations including Building Surveys, RICS Homebuyer Reports, and also offers additional services including Schedules of Condition and Snagging Reports, Building Pathology and Defect Analysis, insurance rebuilding assessments and expert witness work. 

He is now based near Shaftesbury and principally covers Dorset and the surrounding area.
