Stephen Andrew started his professional career in sport, spanning 15 years representing England U19, Hampshire CCC and Essex CCC. On finishing his cricketing career Stephen gained his business experience and skills in various industries culminating in working for a Realty Valuation firm in Massachusetts, USA.
Having decided that property would be his future career path he enrolled with Anglia Ruskin University to gain a degree in Surveying. Stephen trained as a residential valuer in Essex and Central London for a national surveying company before being appointed Business Development Director for the group.
James Perris began his property career as an Estate agent in Belgravia and Kensington in the 1980's before attending Westminster University to obtain a surveying degree. Following his appointment to the RICS James has been specialising in residential valuations on behalf of lending institutions, private clients and local authorities in London and the Home Counties.
James has provided articles for trade magazines, offered marketing commentary for the RICS and has been a NVQ assessor.
